Description

The GH50 spiral dough mixer is the ideal machine for working with dough in pizzerias, bakeries, pastries, and even at home. It allows the bowl to be easily removed from the machine body. The special shape of the spiral allows for perfectly mixed dough in just a few minutes.

The bowl, spiral, dough cutter, and protective grille are all made of stainless steel in compliance with health standards. The dough mixer features a chain drive system and a gear motor driven by bath oil, ensuring durability and quiet operation. Mixers can be equipped with single-phase, three-phase, double-speed three-phase motors, and special voltage motors.

All machines are warranted for one year against mechanical defects.
